Another great Halloween gem, “Spooks!” by Louis Armstrong.
I don’t think this one compares with the generally creepy feel of “Is Zat You, Santa Claus?” It makes Santa seem like a monster to me n_n’

I’ll be honest, sometimes I’m jealous that Susan has that to fall back on. You just know Death would let her take Binky out on some of the runs. I sometimes feel a lot more like Rincewind though, in that I don’t know how I’m not dead yet sometimes.

All right, young ones! I have a homework assignment for you (I’M LOOKING AT YOU, PIX O_o)
Right now VH1 Classic is in the midst of a 72 hour marathon of old MTV. At midnight tonight, they will be showing the very first hour in the existence of MTV to celebrate the former music channel’s 30th anniversary. It would tickle me to no end if you guys would watch at least this first hour. Think of it as a history lesson.
I don’t really know why I’m pushing this on you guys…for some reason it is important to me for you all to know that back then, the world was not the shit-hole it is today. Maybe your generation can put your heads together, figure out what went wrong, and FIX IT! XD

OMG, “Bloodletting” was my first Concrete Blonde album, and I loved it so much. It’s still solid start to finish, after all these years. Nice pick!
A great album! It’s one of the few I’ll put on and play all the way through n_n
